Requirements:	1. Bachelor degree as accountant or computerized accounting. 2. Minimum 7 year experiences as a cost accountant supervisor/finance supervisor/information system supervisor in multinational manufacturing industries. 3. Having experiences in implementing new ERP system. Advance level of IT skills notably MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point & Access). 4. Flexible approach towards changing work methods & variable workloads. 5. Having strong experiences with application software, such as BaaN Ln, Navision, Axapta, Oracle & any other ERP is an advantage. 6. Experiences with database, such as MS SQL Server or oracles is an advantage. 7. Having Oracle Administration Certification would be an advantage. 8. Honest 7 willing to actively join the hard, long & challenging process of improvement. 9. Familiar with multinational manufacturing environment. 10. Computer & English (verbal & written) literate. 11. High level od leadership skills as well as problem solving ability. 12. Good analytical as well as communication skills. 13. Self motivated people & capable of working independently with minimum supervision.
Job description:	This position shall be responsible for evaluating and reviewing current business process as well as provide recommendation for improvement. He/she would be a part of ERP team in implementing the new ERP system in the organization. This job incumbent shall also ensure the smooth migration of data from the old version of ERP system into a new version of ERP system, as well as continuing develop the new ERP system for business enhancement.
